After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM.
