I was very happy from start to finish with National Numbers. They constantly stayed in contact and answered any queries straight away. Within a day of sending my V5c to them they text me to confirm I could change the Plates over and sorted the tax. reccommending to all friends and family

Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. One of the cheapest on the market who don't nail you for fees and unnecessary costs. Their customer service team kept me informed from start to finish and the whole process took no longer than two weeks. The only reason for the delay was because I was waiting for the log book from DVLA as I had just bought the car. Completely seamless and I highly highly recommend them! 100/100!!!!

I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.
