Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. As soon as a customer offer was received it was dealt with extremely efficiently and the entire process was negotiated and concluded within a few days. I was extremely happy with the speed and ease of the entire process. Would definitely be my first choice to use again.
