Had an excellent experience using national numbers. Everything was explained on the website and straightforward. I liked the fact I could just leave it all down to them to do the transfer as it saved me time and the possibility of doing it wrong! Excellent service from start to finish!! I was looking for a plate for my sons 18th birthday during covid-19 and a bank holiday!! I thought it would be a nightmare but nope I couldn?t of been further from the truth. I completed online and the certificate came within a few working days! So it?s safe to say I had an extremely happy son on the morning of his birthday.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!
I will be using them again, the transparency, timing and help given were second to none. They made getting a birthday present for my husband a pure pleasure . Thank you.
