From start to finish I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff I dealt with, particularly Martin, who helped so much. I am delighted with my new number plate and it looks really great on the car. Thank you.

Every time I contacted NN there was always someone there to give information or guide me to what I needed to know with politeness and professionalism. I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
