Great service, received plates after 2 days of ordering them

I dealt with Craig over the Phone during the auction. Clearly spoken over the phone and gave me a ring several minutes before the auction took place. Much appreciated, won the bid.

Outstanding service - was in a jam, needing plates urgently, they upgraded my delivery to next day and I was sorted. Hugely recommend this company.

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

These Guys Are Absolute Legends ! I got the plate I dreamed of having since I was a kid and the team at national numbers made that dream come true. Very friendly Very Helpful and they have lovely customer service skills I would deffo use them again Thanks to you all at National Numbers You guys rock !

All went well especially as I was a complete novice. The only comment I would make is that a little more communication to keep me informed of progress would have been nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
