I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. I now have my new plates which I am very happy with and I would unreservedly recommend Nationalnumbers based on the service I received.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. I would have preferred a bit more hand holding as this was my first purchase, I did not understand the process until Ryan took the time to explain the private plate buying proceedure. Will be using National Numbers for my daughters car.
