I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful.
