I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. But it proved worth while, initial great valuation, working with them to reach a middle ground with an offer to satisfaction for both parties. I was told whole process would take 2 weeks, cheque was with me in as little 5 days, well impressed. So much so that I will be putting my other plate up for sale with National Numbers.
