I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Contacted me out of the blue to say they'd got an interested party. Sold within a week process relatively straight forward. Considering I purchased it as an investment in the first instance I was very happy with the price achieved.

Was a little unsure at first, however exceptional service. I would highly recommend.
