Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers gave us a professional and efficient service.

I contacted national numbers initially out of curiosity through an app on my phone to get my personalised vehicle registration plate valued back in late March early April and after a few days I got an email to contact their valuation phoneline and was quoted £1250 for a plate I purchased on a car for total of £1750 back in December 2017. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident in May this year and the engine blew and so was unable to be driven and was SORN sitting on my friends drive so I had previously asked national numbers to advertise the plate as potentially for sale which is a service they offer and should they have interest they contact you with an offer from their client and in late July I was asked the lowest I would accept for my plate and after a little negotiation we settled on £1000 all fees to be paid by their client and once the transfer was completed I would receive my money. They were very helpful, courteous and relatively fast with all the details and documents but without an ounce of pressure to sell my plate. I sent the documents back and was told approx 2-3 weeks depending on DVLA workload and even so two weeks to the day I posted my documents off to them the money was transfered same day they received confirmation of the transfer of ownership the money was deposited in my account in minutes. Top Class Company, First Class employees with a professional Business acumen and absolutely NO Pressure and hassle free pleasurable experience. I recommend this company if you want to sell or buy any personalised vehicle registration to everyone and anyone wishing for a breeze of a transaction with professional experienced people. Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
