The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Beccy who I dealt with REALLY WAS absolutely FANTASTIC. I spoke to Beccy from the outset and explained everything. Beccy remembered me and dealt with me until I?d received the number plate I wanted. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT recommend National Numbers and more importantly Beccy highly enough.

National Numbers were simply great. They contacted me having found the exact number I was searching for on behalf of my mum and having explained that my mum had a limited budget they lowered their initial price so that she could afford it, which she did. Brilliant.
