Sold my number plate recently and I wasn?t able to supply the paperwork by return and National Numbers must have been under some pressure from the buyer.....but they handled the situation professionally and kept everyone updated. The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
