I have used National numbers twice now to purchase plates from the dvla auctions. Reason being I just did not have time my self to watch the days in the auction. Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate.
