The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!

Bought a cherished plate for my daughter and - without sounding rude - was taken aback at how honest, straightforward and given the complete service (good old customer service) would definitely recommend and would use again.

Very good and very easy to have you go through step by step the only thing I would say is there?s no option to say no to the number plates which cost me £50 pounds when I could have get them for about £10 pounds so other then that not bad would have been 5 stars
