I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. advertised my plate with national numbers at 700 less than they valued it at. 4-5 weeks later received a phone call from them with an offer 400 less than I advertised it for so I took it as it was with a car I bought. I sent my paper work off the same day and got payment straight into my account within 2 weeks.
