After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Relatively smooth process though there was a difference between the price quoted and the price on the website. Taking my order and money, buying, was simple and easy! After over a week I still haven't had any paperwork though and the money has come out of my account.
