I had a good few questions about the process itself and the timings involved. I was guided and reassured. When everything was in place the service was almost instant. I was surprised how quickly they achieved the task.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. I would recommend anybody thinking of private plates to do it this way, it was so easy and it didn't break the bank. I am so pleased with my new number Thanks.
