I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. The plates arrived the next day (really nice quality) and the transfer certificate 2 days later. Really good service and nowhere near as expensive as I thought. Great team, great customer service.

Great service, only down side is the amount of time it takes the DVLA to do the transfer.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
