Ryan and Adam were responsive, helpful and went over and above on several occasions, even checking I had the right reg plate size when they suspected (rightly) that I'd got it wrong. Thoroughly recommend National Numbers.

The company explained clearly the process to me. On the last day of the auction, I was so stressed (as I have no gambling bone in me), but the rep called me and calmly reassured me. Sold my number plate recently and I wasn?t able to supply the paperwork by return and National Numbers must have been under some pressure from the buyer.....but they handled the situation professionally and kept everyone updated. I was looking for a particular numer plate which i found out had never been assigned to a vehicle and therefore had to be released by means of the DVLA auction. I first contacted the well known company 'reg transfers' who quoted me a final price of just under 5 grand (inc all taxes and taxes on taxes!, transfer fees etc). I then contacted National Numbers who managed to secure it at auction for me at (final all inc price) just under 1.5 grand!!!! Go figure. Don't go anywhere else until you've spoken to these guys first. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful. Highly recommended by a satisfied and grateful (for saving me money) customer!
