Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Great all round service. I'd been looking for a particular plate for my business company vehicle for a long time with no luck. Contacted they guys at national numbers and within no time they had found it and got it to auction. Now im the owner of the exact plate i wanted.

I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.

Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50.
