Process was incredibly easy. Exemplary after sales service. Debby kept me informed with multiple emails and answered several queries nigh on instantaneously and everything occurred as stated. Nice touch. Top tip though: if you're going to use the number plates supplied (in my case for a bike) make sure you request size of plate applicable. I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.
