The transaction of my new plate was effortless on my side, other than to attach the new supplied plates onto my car and calling my insurance company. The process was very easy expect my bank declined the transaction until I said it was me using the card. Not sure why. So far so good, waiting for my purchase.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
