Great service, simple & straight forward although you do feel a little reluctant to send your V5 log book off to strangers but they've been in the business for years.

Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

All very straightforward. I received the retention certificate 14 days after full payment.

So easy with the guys at national Numbers they took care of everything for me received my log book and phoned them it took 30 minutes to chang of number plate . Great service thank you .

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
