I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
