Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

The whole service from start to finish was fantastic. Ordered the number plate on Monday and received it on Wednesday. Paperwork followed on Thursday. Very easy and information online ordering. My son will love his private plate. Many thanks

Purchased silicone number 1. Great quality product very sturdy and robust. Will last a long time. Washes up well and holds it shape. Delivery was super quick and packaged well.

First class service indeed

To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.

This is the second time I have used N/N and as ever 1st class service, they make it so easy and there's no fuss. Very pleased ?
