National Numbers are local to me and have been great when dealing with my requests. I would recommend them to anyone and give them the big thumbs up. Very Good Service

I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. I found the one I wanted after eventually making up my mind from a few excellent plates. I dreaded what I had to do next, it was so easy I couldn?t believe it. In a few days I received the perfect number plates,I sent my V5 form away and was advised that I could now put them on my car. The only thing I had to do was inform my insurance and go to my usual garage. I am delighted and my car looks great.

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

I've had the number plate on the website for a couple of years and had a couple of offers which I declined because I wasn't in a rush to sell it. I got a call on Friday 17th July from Liam with an offer. I wanted a little bit more so Liam negotiated with the buyer. The paperwork was completed online and the money was in my account by Monday 20th July so I'm very impressed with the service I was given.

This was a very pleasant and pain-free transaction. They had just the number I was looking for, progressed the order very quickly and delivered the transfer in a fuss-free and friendly manner. Excellent service! I would certainly recommend them.

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
