Excellent professional service, great sales / admin staff who looked after my enquires and kept me up to date with information on my number plate. Smooth transaction with payment system, received my certificate just in time I was informed.

I advertised a number plate with National Numbers a few years ago, and received a phone call out of the blue recently saying they had a buyer for my plate. As you can imagine during the current pandemic things did not go according to any plan, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between myself, National Numbers and the buyer. During the whole sorry process Paul was continually updating me with where everything was at, and chasing the buyer for updates. I can't praise Paul highly enough, especially with everything that's going on, he's a credit to National Numbers.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Fast and good service. DVLA problem with my application was dealt with very quickly at no extra cost by National Numbers ,extremely happy with this company.

All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

Buying a number plate for the first time can be daunting but I was contacted at every chance of any updates. Made it such an easy and worry free process! Could not recommend enough.
