I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. I bought a plate and am in the process of selling my original plate through National Numbers. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.

i saw the number on the web site the one that i wanted so got on the phone the next day to order the number that i wanted the on the another end the phone the man was very helpful and tall me all about how to get my numberplate and i thank him very much

Very friendly and professional staff when you phone them up. I sent the paperwork to them on Friday and received my plates the following Wednesday! Couldn't ask for a faster service. Would recommend to anyone.

It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better.
