I took a while to make up my mind - had wanted this Reg for years but locked up at DVLA - eventually went for it and was delighted with the outcome. No hidden costs - all well communicated - watched the DVLA timed auction developing on-line - certificate came through from DVLA. Happy. Will use them again.

Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. Adam at National Numbers went above and beyond to get my plate for me as it was still registered on the previous owners car. It was all dealt with within two weeks, and this was over the Christmas period. I am very happy with the service I received from National Numbers, and will definitely use them again.

They arranged for a number plate which hadn't ever been issued, they arranged the plate to go into auction, all be it 6 months later due to the dvla not entering it, the plate went to auction which they bidded on my behalf and we won it. They were very helpful and had good communication, thank you.

I am very pleased with the service, the overall experience was great, I am now the proud owner of my personal plate, however, I paid the extra for the acrylic number plates, which look great, they do everything I asked during the order process, but I am totally unhappy with the end result, I chose L100 PJN to be with my expectations, I got L100P JN , I am clearly going to have to buy replacements. All of that said, I would use this very professional company again
