I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. Very good and very easy to have you go through step by step the only thing I would say is there?s no option to say no to the number plates which cost me £50 pounds when I could have get them for about £10 pounds so other then that not bad would have been 5 stars
