Well I found this a really relaxed experience. Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...
National numbers sold my number plate for me and got me the best price for it!! Once sold the process was simple and very quick, I had the money in my back within two days of sending documents. Would highly reccommend!
This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.
Every time I contacted NN there was always someone there to give information or guide me to what I needed to know with politeness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone, their service is 2nd to none. I would also say that Debby McCabe at after sales is a credit to the company. Thanks again guys.
