To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.

Very helpful, could have done with actually receiving the number plate quicker but other than that no complaints.

I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. Fantastically helpful and speedy service

I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.
