The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.

I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.

Eric was very professional throughout the whole process, always gave a detailed insight on what was happening.
