Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you

I entered my Name and was delighted at the options available. Some I must say where way out my price range, talking thousands of pounds. But hey! If you can afford it why not. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. She was very professional and dealt with my order from start to finish. My plate was purchased and registered to my car in less than a week. I was contacted by national numbers as I had a numberplate that I registered for sale some time ago.......someone was interested, national numbers ask what I would be willing to take for it we agreed a price they sent me clear instructions of what I needed to do and before I knew it there was the money in my account....I am very happy it was extremely easy with NO messing about....I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again if ever I want to buy or sell....thanks very much

Brilliant website and phone app , very well laid out and easy to use , the fact you have a choice to buy the reg outright or finance it for either 6 months or a year is one of the reasons I was atttracted to National Numbers as a purchaser, The whole process of buying my reg to putting it on my car was very straight forward, absolutely chuffed with my private reg purchase and will definitely use again and will more than happy to recommend others to use National numbers ??

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better
