I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. I took a while to make up my mind - had wanted this Reg for years but locked up at DVLA - eventually went for it and was delighted with the outcome. No hidden costs - all well communicated - watched the DVLA timed auction developing on-line - certificate came through from DVLA. Happy. Will use them again.

From registering my number plates for sale to the contact I received about a potential buyer Nationalnumbers were very efficient. I am awaiting the sale of several other plates and feel assured these will be handled in the same efficient manner. Other (unmentionable) major players in the market try to under value your plate in the hope of making a quick buck, however I would thoroughly recommend Nationalnumbers as the No 1 company to deal with !!
