The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.
