National Numbers sale and transfer procedures were pretty smooth, handling the whole process without any stress. I willingly recommend them to everyone who has a private plate to sell, I don't think you will do better. Well done to all the staff who were very helpful.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Having contacted National Numbers regarding a registration that was of interest, their sales agent was first class. The communication was excellent and, having struck a suitable deal, the administration and assignment could not have gone smoother.
