Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! I would definately use again....THANKYOU....!

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Overall a good experience hence 5 stars. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch

Fast service from ordering the plates to them arriving. A transaction receipt upon placing the order would have been good. All round good service. Would recommend them

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets!
