Outstanding customer service a joy to deal with

Was looking for a plate for my sons 21st birthday and a few companies were advertising numbers of interest to me but when they were contacted those numbers were not actually available. National Numbers had a number of interest to me but there were some issues with the seller to sort out. I'd like to thank Marty in particular for all his help in sorting out and securing the number for me.

Trusting National Numbers with thousands of pounds of our money whilst they purchased registration numbers on our behalf was done risk free. The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

The whole process is simple and quick, also if you select the fast track service you can have your plate on your car the same day as they process it via DVLA. Worth the extra!

They are a genuine reseller of number plates and are safe to deal with being one of the larger companies. The customer service is very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice plate.

Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. But it proved worth while, initial great valuation, working with them to reach a middle ground with an offer to satisfaction for both parties. I was told whole process would take 2 weeks, cheque was with me in as little 5 days, well impressed. So much so that I will be putting my other plate up for sale with National Numbers.
