I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Really easy to use. Admin staff are very helpful, they told me I could register my plates online rather than sending off to DVLA, so simple and quick. Plates arrived within a week of ordering them just before Xmas period. Very good service
