Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
