When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. Well I found this a really relaxed experience. Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...
