I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I dealt with Nationalnumbers earlier this year havig never sold a number plate before. I found them to be totally professional, extremely efficient and easy to work with. I would recemmend their services.
National Numbers helped me sell a redundant private plate I had. The service was efficient and well organised, and of course I'm pleased to have a nice sum transferred to my bank well within a fortnight of the initial offer coming in. Will recommend and use again.
No reservations in recommending this company and I would suggest you use their transfer service not try and do it yourself, it saves so much hassle well worth the small extra cost.
