All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

Eric helped me purchase an auction number plate and he is very good expert at number plates and in the end we successfully purchased the number plate I wanted.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Very helpful in trying to get my ideal reg, giving plenty of options and ways to get the perfect reg. Once found, were very efficient and went onto my car hassle free. Great experience.

Good service from National Numbers. The only thing I didn't like was the option for number plates. You must purchase your plates from them whereas I would have rather purchased them locally with flag and stuff on them.
