Process took a little longer than I realised but process was simple and straight forward.

Very helpful and very quick!

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

It is so nice to get a polite person on the other end of the phone,and Phil was so helpful keep it up ,Good customer service ., and all done for me , Malcolm Beddis
