Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Fantastic service and really quick transaction. However the same day number plate service that is offered to transfer to you car is an unnecessary £49. I did it myself in minutes for free. Nevertheless I highly recommend this company.
