My experience from start to finish was smooth and any questions that I had when I phoned they could answer. In fact, it only took 1 week from buying to putting on the car. Service was exceptional and I would recommend this company to anyone.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Seamless transaction. Plates were delivered in no time and look fabulous.

4 Star service, could be five, lack of communication some times as they don't keep you up dated, but over all very happy

When I first contacted them it was to find a registration that I was unfortunately not able to buy, but Eric looked through other options with me and guided me through the whole process. I'd also like to thank Ryan and Adam as well. Use National Numbers is you're looking to buy a registration. I know where I'm coming next time.
