When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.
