Brilliant service!! They take care of everything for you, from finance to getting the plates ready to put straight on your car. It?s all very smooth sailing, just follow their instructions and you?ll be with your new plates in no time. I like the fact they also call to give you progress reports so you don?t feel like you've been scammed. As it can be quite a long progress so it?s nice to know what?s going on and when things will be ready. Couldn?t fault them so don?t worry about them at all!!

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. The plates arrived the next day (really nice quality) and the transfer certificate 2 days later. Really good service and nowhere near as expensive as I thought. Great team, great customer service.
